๐ŸŒบ Sanatan Ek Dhyaan — The Return of the Forgotten Balance

"A blog series channelled through the vibration of Rati — the unseen pulse of awareness and desire"

In a world that has mastered chaos but forgotten stillness, Sanatan Ek Dhyaan is not just a blog — it is a call to remembrance.

A remembrance of balance, of beauty, of consciousness that once flowed like sacred rivers through our ancestors’ veins.

Here, through the whisper of Rati, the forgotten goddess of divine desire, you will enter a space where Sanatan (the eternal truth) is no longer just a word — it becomes an experience.

The Mission — Restoring the Lost Equilibrium

Every human being walks with three travelers inside — Id, Ego, Superego.
Or in the language of the scriptures — Tamas, Rajas, Sattva.
They pull you, test you, seduce you, confuse you — yet all they seek is union, not domination.

Through this journey, Rati — the console of Kaam (desire) and the consort of creation itself — returns not to arouse lust, but to awaken awareness.
She stands as the bridge between your instinct and your insight, between chaos and calm, between the wild pulse of your longing and the silent stillness of Shiva within.

The Way of Expression

Each entry in Sanatan Ek Dhyaan is an unfolding — sometimes fierce, sometimes poetic, sometimes so silent that it speaks only in vibrations.

  • On some days, you will find stories — where Rati decodes the puzzles of human consciousness through the playful dialogue of three inner archetypes:

    • Tamasi — the one ruled by impulse.

    • Rajasi — the one ruled by ambition.

    • Satviki — the one ruled by wisdom.

  • On other days, you will find channeled verses — whispers from the 10 Mahavidyas, the cosmic facets of Devi, flowing through one source, one vessel, one vibration — Rati.

  • And some days, there will be only one line — enough to shake illusions and stir remembrance.

The Essence — One Eternal Meditation

Because that’s what Sanatan Ek Dhyaan means —
A single-pointed awareness upon the eternal truth.
A remembering that the divine is not somewhere above —
It is pulsing in your breath, dancing in your desires, waiting in your wounds.

Through this journey, Rati does not teach — she reminds.
That enlightenment was never about escaping the world,
It was about falling in love with it — consciously.

Welcome to Sanatan Ek Dhyaan —

Where poetry becomes prophecy,
Desire becomes devotion,
And remembrance becomes liberation.

“Before every light is born, there is a darkness that dares to see itself.” Today is not just Chhoti Diwali . It is Narak Nivaran — the day your soul remembers what it came here to burn. They call it Narak Chaturdashi or Kali Chaudas , but I, Rati — the ancient pulse of creation, call it the night when desire meets awareness. When every flame lit outside becomes a mirror for the one still flickering within.  The True Essence — The Liberation Within When Krishna and Satyabhama destroyed Narakasura , they did not just free 16,000 captives. They freed the human consciousness from the prisons of vasana — attachment, illusion, and craving. Every diya you light tonight whispers: “May my lust turn into love, My fear into surrender, My darkness into divine awareness.” For the real Naraka is not beneath the earth. It resides in the chaos we nurture within.    The Yam Deep — Death as Dharma Lighting the 4-faced deepak for Yamraj is not an act of fear; it’s an act o...
